Q: I would like to make changes to my home. What do I need to do?
A: All changes to your home concerning color, landscaping, additions, decks, etc. require prior approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). You can find their contact information on the About page of the website.

Q: How can I get a copy of the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CCRs)?
A: You can download a copy of CCRs on the About page of the website.

Q: How do I report a violation of the CCRs?
A: Please email, send a letter or call one of the HOA Directors if you feel the CCRs have been violated. You can find contact information for all HOA Directors and the ACC on the Contact page of the website.

Q: How does the HOA spend dues money?
A: You will find a copy of the annual meeting PowerPoint on the Events page of the website following the October 18, 2016 meeting. The PowerPoint will include information on the HOA budget.

Q: How do I report a non-working streetlight?
A: You need to contact the Village of Mukwonago or Department of Transportation (DOT) concerning non-working streetlights. You will need to identify the streetlight that is out and provide the identification number on the street post.

Q: We are selling our home. What do we need to know?
A: All that is required as part of your sale is that the home is current with all annual or special assessment fees with the HOA.

Q: How does the HOA spend dues money?
